Morgan here with just a little background on how and why Joyful & Co. came to be!
I worked in project and event management for 10+ years. I loved my work and was really good at it. I even helped plan red-carpet premieres for mega film studios and I got to travel all over. So why leave?
I wanted to spend time with my family.
After having my daughter, I knew that no matter how much I loved my work, I loved my family more. And there was no flexibility in the corporate world I was entrenched in. There had to be a better way!
So I took inventory of my skills, figured out how to apply them to online business, and Joyful & Co. was born! Time to provide strategic business systems and processes for the online entrepreneur.
I have the same dreams for my clients (and you) that I had for myself: freedom, flexibility, financial success.
Unfortunately, building your own online business can eventually become just as demanding (if not more demanding!) than a corporate 9-5.
